Front end development of a community centre website for a charity. The goal was to bring the provided designs to life with a responsive, accessible, and performant front end.
The organisation’s previous website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and not mobile friendly. Key issues included:

Reviewed the provided designs and established a development plan. Set up the project structure, front end frameworks, and component library for consistent implementation.

Built responsive pages using HTML & SCSS and Bootstrap 5, implementing the designs accurately and ensuring a smooth user experience across devices. Integrated the front end with Umbraco CMS to allow the client to easily update content.

Conducted cross browser and responsive testing. Verified functionality, design fidelity, and CMS integration before delivering the live site.

Tested the application thoroughly, including component level testing, integration checks, and responsive layout validation. Iterated code to fix issues and ensure a reliable, polished platform for clients and therapists to manage bookings efficiently.
